How long will it take for my order to ship?
All ready-to-ship orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order. Free standard shipping is available on orders $180+ within the contiguous U.S.
Where do you ship?
Yarn Know currently ships within the contiguous United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, so stay tuned!
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your package all the way home.
Do you ship internationally?
Not just yet! Yarn Know currently ships within the U.S., excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Stay tuned for future shipping updates.
All About the Bags
Are all Yarn Know bags handmade?
Yes! Every Yarn Know crochet bag is designed and handmade using 100% recycled cotton T-shirt yarn. Each piece is made individually with plenty of care (and a whole lot of yarn).
Is the bag pictured the exact bag I'll receive?
Yes! Most Yarn Know bags are one-of-one pieces, meaning the bag pictured in the listing is the exact one you'll receive. Occasionally, a design may make a comeback in a different color or variation.
Will sold-out bags come back?
Maybe! Many Yarn Know pieces are one of one, but that doesn't always mean goodbye forever. Favorite designs may make a comeback in new colors, variations, or limited drops.
How do I care for my Yarn Know bag?

Game Day + Venue Bags
Are your game-day bags allowed inside Gainbridge Fieldhouse?
Select Yarn Know bags are specifically sized to meet Gainbridge Fieldhouse's current bag size requirements. Venue policies are subject to change, so we always recommend checking the venue's latest bag policy before attending an event.
Customs + Returns
Do you take custom orders?
Limited custom order slots open at select times throughout the year. Subscribe to the Yarn Know newsletter or follow along on social media to be the first to know when custom spots become available.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the handmade and limited nature of Yarn Know pieces, all sales are final, and returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch as soon as possible so I can make it right.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders begin processing shortly after they're placed, so changes or cancellations aren't guaranteed. If you need to make a change, get in touch as soon as possible and I'll do my best to help before your order ships.
